In 1793, pharmacist Antoine Amedie Peychaud introduced bitters to the market. Bitters aided in ailments and began to be used in the pharmaceutical sector. Apart from medicinal use, Antoine Amedie Peychaud also used them in combination with cognac as a welcome for his customers. This added a more complex and distinctive flavor to Cognac.
Many years have passed since the small "shop" opened in 1863. Now, the 4th generation of the Fee family looks forward and positively. The care that the brothers give to their product and their interest in their customers are the key pillars that drive the company forward.
