Les Cerisiers Rose 2025

Les Cerisiers Côtes du Rhône Rosé is a gastronomic rosé with a characteristic pale salmon color, combining the generous fruity expression of Grenache with the freshness of Cinsault and a discreet spicy note from Syrah. On the nose, elegant aromas of cherry, wild red fruits, blossoms, and wild rose unfold. On the palate, it is ripe and full of flavor, with a smooth texture, juicy fruit, and lively acidity that keeps the whole refreshing and balanced. The finish is clean and invigorating, with notes of fresh raspberry. It is produced with gentle direct pressing of the grapes and vinification at low temperatures, in order to preserve the delicate aromas, freshness, and bright color. It is enjoyed as an aperitif, but pairs excellently with charcuterie, grilled salmon, shrimp, fish soups, spicy Asian dishes, and vegetable dishes.
