The whisky is offered in an artisan-crafted circular container representing the circle of life and the eternal journey from past to future. In contrast to the elegance of the exterior, the presentation case comes alive with a vibrant red color – synonymous with The Macallan – and the 200 peaks, representing the two hundred years of its existence, embody the unique quality of nature in protecting what is fragile and precious. The intricate details are created using techniques derived from the art of origami, to protect what is most valuable to The Macallan: its unmatched whisky.<\/p>

Nose:<\/strong><\/p>

Royal dates, sweet roasted figs, and rich milk chocolate, accompanied by delicate notes of honey and tropical character, reminiscent of dried mango and ripe papaya.<\/p>

Palate:<\/strong><\/p>

Apparent sweetness with dried fruits infused with sherry, orange marmalade, and honeycomb. Followed by soft notes of spices, ginger, and cinnamon.<\/p>

Caramelized pineapple and vanilla cream, harmoniously complemented by discreet notes of dark chocolate and coffee, in a long and enjoyable finish.<\/p>
