Medium color intensity, in the palate of garnet with some brick-red highlights. Aromatically complex, with a subtle presence of ripe red fruits, fig, pepper, earthy hints reminiscent of leather and a mineral character. Dry on the palate, with noticeable tannins and a spicy finish. Enjoy it now or within the next 3-4 years, alongside food.

- Production Zone: Protected Geographical Indication Lesbos Varietal Composition: 100% Chydiriotiko Production Techniques: Fermentation lasts about three weeks. The wine ages in French oak barrels for four months. Characteristics: Ruby color. Nose characteristic of the Chydiriotiko variety, which combines aromas of muscat, honey, and red roses with notes of forest fruits and cinnamon. Light oak. Distinct earthy minerality. Serving Suggestions: Served at 16° C with lamb, pizza, and generally Mediterranean cuisine, western and eastern sweet-sour dishes, shellfish, and crustaceans, but also desserts based on chocolate.
