Moschopolis 18 2022

A blend of the indigenous variety Mavrotragano and the famous international variety Syrah in equal proportions. The grapes come from our own dry vineyard in a hilly area at an altitude of 500m, where red soils rich in stone dominate, suitable for the cultivation of red varieties. The low yield per hectare ensures high concentration. The wine, after fermenting with the spontaneous indigenous yeasts from the vineyard, ages for 18 months in used oak barrels that have previously held white and rosé wine from the Moschopolis series. It is bottled unfiltered to preserve all its quality characteristics.
