- Producer's Description
- Variety: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon - 30% Cabernet Franc Vineyard: In Vasiliko Achaia at an altitude of 150 meters. Soil is sandy clay with limestone. The production ranges from 800 - 900 kilograms per hectare. Harvest: The second decade of September, with a sugar content of approximately 235 g\/liter. Vinification: Classical red winemaking. Aging for 12 - 18 months in 225 lt oak barrels. Wine: Characterized by a deep red color with aromas of green pepper, blackberry, chocolate, vanilla, incense, smoke, and spices. On the palate, it is rich, full-bodied, and wild while still fresh, with very good structure and an excellent aftertaste. Pairs well with all kinds of roasted meats, spit-roasted or grilled, cold cuts, as well as with desserts based on chocolate. Under ideal storage conditions, you can enjoy it for another 10 years. Serve at 18°C.
