Nordes Gin

The Nordés gin from Galicia is the only Spanish gin that was chosen in the top 100 spirits ranking by wine enthusiast. The ranking highlights its aromatic and balanced flavor, thanks to the alcohol made from Albarino grapes as well as the extraction of eleven botanical elements, 6 of which grow wild in Galicia. The botanicals are separated before distillation since each requires a different time, ranging from a few hours to nearly a month, based on the exact desired aroma. This slow and very careful process makes Nordés a truly unparalleled gin. 

Nordés is made with 11 distinct botanicals, 6 of which are sage, bay leaves, verbena, eucalyptus, mint, and salicornia, a plant found in coastal areas that creates the distinctive balsamic aroma, growing wild in Galicia. The remaining 5 botanicals, juniper, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus, and black tea, are sourced from abroad.
