The fruit comes from the Dafnes area at an altitude of 400-500m, in the Heraklion region. Its color is deep lemon-green. Its aroma is sweet and exotic with pear, pineapple, and banana embraced by notes of honey. On the palate, it is quite creamy with balanced acidity and a lovely flavorful aftertaste.
