The talented Nikos Karatzas, founder of Oenops, travels across Greece creating wines from different terroirs and varieties. This time he makes a 'stop' at Limniona, one of the most emerging Greek varietals, and in Thessaly. 80% of the wine was fermented and aged in clay amphorae, while the rest in large barrels. The result is an exceptional wine with purity of fruit and a spicy character, but in limited quantity!

Its color is medium ruby. On the nose, black fruits such as blackberry and sweet spices dominate with notes of earth and leather in the background. On the palate, it is elegant, with the fruity elements coming forward, the tannins being velvety, and the acidity providing tension. A wine that is worth 'tasting' its evolution after 5-6 years.
