Traditionally made, using techniques that other distilleries have long abandoned. Appearance: Deep orange, Red gold (with a slight hint of pink) sparkling with a coppery shimmer. Aroma: Medium to high intensity with a gentle salty taste of sea air. Taste: Dry, medium body and smooth, exuding honey and cream, slightly salty with a slightly spicy note and a sweet lingering finish.
