- Producer's Description
- Young, deep ruby color, with purplish highlights and dense tears. Intense nose, with ripe fruit, chocolate, subtle vanilla, and a few spicy notes that indicate the brief passage from barrel. On the palate, full-bodied with velvety tannins and ideal acidity. Very intense aromas of red fruits on the palate, particularly on the finish. Can age for 2 to 4 years from the harvest while it can accompany pasta with red sauces, grilled meats, and varieties of hard cheeses and cold cuts. Served at 15-16 °C.
