Producer's Description: Very pale, yellow-green with a hint of grey. A nose of great intensity that combines freshness with maturity. The unique character consists of aromas of lemon, melon, and rose. On the palate, fruity but with enough maturity to balance with the CO2 and the crisp acidity. Elegant, with minerality and a strong intensity of mouth aromas, from the first contact to the end of the long aftertaste. Served as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish, Asian seafood recipes, poultry, and white meats. Serve at 9-10 °C.
