Producer's Description: Varietal composition: Semillon 50%, Assyrtiko 50% Characteristics: Wine with a yellow-green color that matured for eight months in oak barrels. The distinctive aroma of apricot and honey characteristic of the Semillon variety blends perfectly with notes of citrus and lemon that come from the northern Greek Assyrtiko. Its aromatic potential is rounded off with hints of vanilla and nuts. A wine with a generous and rich flavor, intense creaminess, and pleasant acidity that gives it great aging potential.
