One of the most 'intricate' rosé wines not only of the Greek but of the global vineyard. 3 different grape varieties, 3 different types of fermentation and maturation 'containers'. Agiorgitiko has fermented and matured in acacia barrels, Syrah in stainless steel tanks, and Mavrofilero has been extracted with whole skins for 4 months in amphorae. The grapes of all varieties come from an altitude of over 600 meters. Behind this wine is the great George Skouras! The result is exceptional and complex!

The color is bright and fine, the absolute coral with hints of red gold. The nose is dominated by red fruits, cherry, strawberry, a hint of lemon, citrus grapefruit, white flowers, honey, a touch of violet, and a notion of minerality. The palate is full of nerve and acidity, smooth, fresh, complex, multi-layered (acacia, clay, sweet vanilla, mineral) while the mouth aromas faithfully follow those of the nose with the dominant presence of sweet lemon and citrus. The finish is long-lasting and complex.
