One of the most 'intricate' rosé wines not only in the Greek but in the global vineyard. 3 different grape varieties, 3 different types of fermentation and aging 'containers'. The Agiorgitiko has fermented and aged in acacia barrels, the Syrah in stainless steel tanks, and the Mavrofilero has been extracted with whole skins for 4 months in amphorae. The grapes of all varieties come from an altitude of over 600 meters. Behind this wine is the great Giorgos Skouras! The result is exceptional and complex!

Its color is pale pink. Its aromatic profile is complex and full of vibrancy. Fresh strawberries, sour cherries, bergamot, lavender, rose petal loukoumi, and clove are just some of the aromas we can distinguish. On the palate, it is refreshing, elegant but also pleasant, with the flavors of red fruits dominating and floral elements coming in at the end, leaving an unforgettable aftertaste.
