Percheron Chenin Blanc Viognier 2025

The Percheron Chenin Blanc Viognier is an expressive white wine from the Coastal Region of South Africa, with most grapes sourced from vineyards in Swartland. The combination of old Chenin Blanc vines with younger Viognier vines lends the wine rich fruit, aromatic intensity, and beautiful freshness. Part of the Chenin Blanc is fermented with native yeasts and remains on its lees, enhancing the mouthfeel and concentration.

On the nose, it is vibrant and aromatic, with notes of white peach, ripe stone fruits, and subtle floral hints of jasmine. On the palate, fleshy stone fruit and fresh citrus dominate, with bright acidity keeping the whole balanced and refreshing. The finish is clean, crunchy, and persistent, with a subtle mineral feel that adds character and finesse.

It pairs ideally with grilled garlic and chili shrimp, fish cooked with butter, seafood, light Asian cuisine dishes, and salads with citrus.
