An unnamed, premier cru champagne, made from 100% Chardonnay and from a prestigious small producer in Champagne. Ethereal, with a relatively light body but with the intensity and nerve that all Blanc de blancs champagnes from the Cote de Blancs region possess. Stunning as an aperitif but also a wonderful companion alongside salmon or a platter of raw seafood.

Clear medium lemony. An attractive blend of citrus on the nose, green apple, and autolytic aromas reminiscent of yeast, toast, and brioche.
