Clear medium lemon, with golden highlights. Elegantly aromatic with yellow fruits, floral hints, and a very subtle oak that is barely noticeable and beautifully integrated. The palate is a true poem, full, fresh, with acidity and creaminess perfectly balanced. The notes of oak serve the complexity on the palate and are in the 'shadow' of the fruit, with butter, yeast, and Mediterranean herbs, while the finish is clean, fruity, and delightful.
