An expressive, elegant and impressively aromatic white wine made from Assyrtiko (80%), Sauvignon Blanc and Xinomavro. The grapes are cultivated at high altitude in Amyntaio. The wine ferments and ages exclusively in tank, allowing the varietal characteristics and freshness of each variety to shine through.
