The Antonio Facchin Prosecco Frizzante DOC Treviso is produced exclusively from the Glera grape variety, in vineyards of the hilly region of Treviso. The grapes are hand-harvested in early September and cooled before pressing, in order to preserve their freshness and delicate aromas. The second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method for at least 40 days.
In the glass, it has a brilliant straw-yellow color and fine, lively bubbles. The nose is fresh and pleasant, with aromas of white fruits, flower notes, and subtle hints of citrus. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious, and slightly fruity, with refreshing acidity and a delightful balance between freshness and subtle sweetness.
The traditional cork tied with twine gives it a unique, authentic character. It is ideally enjoyed at 6°C as an aperitif and pairs excellently with seafood pasta, risotto, light fish dishes, and appetizers.
