Riesling Red Slate, Dr Loosen
It comes from vineyards of Mosel and takes its name from the red slate of the soil cultivated in the areas of Erden and Urzig. It combines the fresh and typical aromas of the variety with the charm of a rare terroir. Indigenous yeasts and aging for 12 months in large oak barrels in contact with the lees give the wine complexity, with pronounced mineral and floral elements and an expressive character that takes your breath away.
