Ethereal wines, light in structure but wonderfully aromatic. Since the words Halbtrocken or Trocken are not on the label, you should have understood yourself that the wine has moderate sweetness... German legislation at its best. Unique aperitif, but beautiful with exotic, sweet and sour dishes.
