It is a distinct cru version that fully highlights the character and unique expertise of the estate in the Appassimento technique. The grapes are dried for an extended period on traditional bamboo racks, gaining exceptional concentration of aromas and flavors, followed by long aging in selected oak barrels that impart complexity, depth, and unique finesse.

Deep dark red color, with high concentration. The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of ripe fruits, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is rich and velvety, with dense flavors of black fruits, cherry, and spices, excellent structure and balance.
