ROKU GIN is produced at the specialized distillery "Liquor Atelier", which features four distinct types of stills. The herbs are distilled separately according to their properties, so as to retain their characteristics and best flavor. On the other hand, the strong flavor from the Japanese fruit YUZU (rare and very expensive citrus - considered a super fruit - and a favorite ingredient of renowned chefs) is achieved through distillation in copper stills. In total, 14 different herbs are separately distilled, 6 of which are Japanese, and they are harvested at the peak of their ripeness to provide the maximum of their aromas and flavors.
