The Rosaluna Mezcal comes from Oaxaca, the 'heart' of traditional Mezcal production and is made exclusively from 100% Espadín agave, aged about 8 years. Following the authentic process where the hearts are roasted in the ground, naturally fermented, and distilled with respect for the art and nature. The result is a refined mezcal with a mild, subtle smoky character and balanced finesse, ideal for both a first introduction to the category and for demanding connoisseurs.
