Complexity
You can taste the complexity of the Xinomavro in this otherwise fresh rosé. The light tannins give it lots of depth. You won’t be disappointed if you drink now. But buy a box to keep as well.
Υποδειγματικό..
Είναι το Νο1 ροζέ μου και δεν βρίσκω φαγητό που να μην ταιριάζει. Ψητά, μαγειρευτά, κρεατικά, θαλασσινά, κόκκινες & λευκές σάλτσες, μεσημεριανό ή βραδινό.. το κρασί αναβαθμίζει απίστευτα το τραπέζι. Λάτρης όλων των εκφάνσεων του Ξινόμαυρου, μου μένει να δοκιμάσω άλλο ένα ροζέ από όσα είχα σημειωμένα στα κιτάπια μου (Oenos Nature) αλλά προς το παρόν πραγματικά δεν βρίσκω τον λόγο.
