TASTING PROFILE

Nose:

Soft, green, and aromatic. Notes of soft vanilla sponge cake, caramelized apple tart, puff pastry, and vanilla ice cream.

Palate:

Creamy-smooth texture and sweet flavor. Reminiscent of buttery cake and creamy vanilla, then turns crisp and tangy with spicy peppery notes. Fruity and nutty flavors.

Finish:

A hint of white pepper, a crisp and spicy finish with nuts.
