It is created once a year in December and its production begins reverently with the priest's blessings. After 20 days of fermentation and 10 months of aging, it is ready to be served, and the result on the nose is wonderful aromas of plums, raisins, caramel, spices, and cherries. Its palate is explosive and amazing.
