Its color is bright lemon-green with some golden reflections. Its aroma is filled with citrus fruits like lemon and citron, brioche and biscuit with some mineral hints. On the palate, it has nerve and persistent bubbles, noticeable acidity, and a long finish where the elements of the lees from the second fermentation in the bottle prevail.
