A quintessential Sauvignon Blanc, starting with a pale lemon color and moving to a nose that 'shouts' the herbal aromas of the variety from afar, translating here into green pepper and grass, combined with wonderful stone fruit, peach and nectarine, and hints of yeast. On the palate, it is refreshing with body and richness but also pronounced acidity that refreshes. Abundant fruit on the palate, primarily stone fruits with some exotic hints, yeast, biscuit, and a long and evolving finish. Ready to drink with the potential to age for 3-4 years.
