Producer's Description: Brilliant yellow-green color with soft gray highlights. Fine and strong aromas on the nose, characteristic of the Moschofilero variety, with rose and lemon blossoms in the foreground. On the palate, fruity and balanced, harmonious and refreshing, with pronounced acidity, nerve, and a long-lasting finish. Full-bodied with a subtle presence of alcohol. Pairs well with fish with bold flavors, seafood, and intense flavors of Greek cuisine, and can also be served as an aperitif. Ideal drinking temperature: 8 -10 °C.
