Seventy One Gin Eau de Nuit

SEVENTY ONE is an impressive super premium gin, created by the legendary fashion photographer Mert Alas. A distillate with a bold character. In its recipe, we find juniper, coriander, angelica, and lemon peel, along with the extremely rare flower of the cactus Queen of the Night, which blooms only for a few hours at the height of summer. The distillate passes through three different types of barrels, including ex-PX Sherry and ex-Cognac, and matures for 71 nights, acquiring a rich, multi-layered, and aristocratic character.
