Crystal clear appearance and a bright pale salmon color with well-aligned bubbles. It displays discreet complexity of red fruits such as raspberry and fresh strawberry, with particular freshness due to early harvest. Notes of orange blossom sweeten the ensemble and a hint of herbal freshness with basil or mint elevates the level. The 4 months of aging on the lees impart a suggestion of creamy texture and yeast, while the acidity is delightfully juicy.
