In the mesoclimate of Domokos, in the area of Vardalis, Vayos Gkanis creates exceptional organic and vegan wines with minimal intervention. The 20-year-old vines, cultivated according to the principles of Organic Farming and with low yields per hectare, produce the best fruit. The wine matures for 12 months in 225-liter oak barrels of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd use, followed by bottle aging that enhances the richness of the wine.
