The quality winemaker from Thessaloniki makes the pine shed tears and brings the beautiful result to our glasses. The multi-dimensional Assyrtiko 'meets' the fresh resin and their 'relationship' matures for five months in new oak barrels. Fragrant citrus, with a backdrop of vanilla and butter, harmoniously combines with aromas of rosemary, thyme, ginger, and Chios mastic, creating an explosive flavor profile that accompanies larger, longer meals. Enjoy it at 10-12°C with fatty fish, fish cooked with herbs, fresh or smoked salmon, lobster pasta, sushi, and lamb.
