- The cultivation of the family-owned vineyards of the Troubi family, focusing on low yield per hectare, and the modern methods of white winemaking highlight the full potential of the Moschofilero variety in 'Mantinia Troubi'. The open yellow highlights suggest the aromatic richness composed of aromas of white-fleshed peach, citron, and pear followed by a slightly acidic but full flavor and aftertaste of bergamot and jasmine. It pairs well with meats in lemon sauces, grilled fish of medium fat content, and shellfish. Under good storage conditions, it retains its rich characteristics for at least 2 years.
