In Japan, there is a period during spring when the sakura (cherry blossom) flowers are in full bloom. According to a tradition known as 'Hanami', people go outside to celebrate nature, enjoy the blooming flowers, and the change of seasons.
The Ukiyo Blossom & Yuzu Gin is produced from a specific barley harvest which during the first
distillation creates the Japanese spirit Shochu.
The Shochu is re-distilled in traditional Pot Stills with Cedar, Mandarin, and Spices before it takes on the exceptional
taste (Infused) from the famous Shakura Flower & Yuzu, respectively.
The bottles reflect the nature, the sea, and the hills of Japan.
