Ukiyo Blossom & Yuzu Gin are produced from a specific harvest of barley that during the first
distillation creates the Japanese spirit Shochu.
The Shochu is redistilled in traditional Pot Stills with Cedar, Mandarin, and Spices before it takes on the exceptional
flavor (Infused) from the famous Shakura Flower & Yuzu respectively.
The bottles reflect the nature, sea, and hills of Japan.
