Its color is lemon green. Its aroma is complex with citrus in the foreground, green fruits such as apple and peach to follow and all embraced by very subtle hints of oak. In the mouth, the high acidity makes it look strict at first, but then comes a feeling of oiliness that brings balance, leaving a long aftertaste. The vinification in stainless steel and concrete tanks as well as in French oak barrels, in combination with the fruit and the acidity, give it the structure to evolve beautifully over time.
