Fokiano is one of the oldest varieties found mainly in the Dodecanese and the islands of the northern Aegean. Here we have a rosy expression of this red variety from Lipsi, which have entered the wine map in recent years thanks to the efforts of the only winery on the island, the Lipsi winery. If you are looking for something truly sought after and unique then this is definitely an ideal choice.
Its color is bright rose with orange highlights. Its aroma is pleasant with red fruits such as strawberry and pomegranate, flowers reminiscent of violet and citrus peels. In the mouth it is delicious with a refreshing acidity and a nice fruity aftertaste.
