Producer's Description Type: Red Wine Naturally Glykys

Varietal composition: Mandilaria 100%
Vinification: The grapes are sun dried for 10-12 days to pass ekragistirio. The wines are matured and aged in old oak barrels for 24 months ligotero.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep and rich red color, with a successful balance between sugars, tannins and acidity. With a strong and complex epigefsi.
Aging potential: Aperioristi
Serving: Strong cheese and dried fruits, sweets sokolata.
vineyard Location: Santorini, Oia (in the northern part of the island)
Territory: consists of fragments of black lava, volcanic ash and pumice (pumice). From its mechanical labeled "gritty". It is poor in organic matter and nitrogen, with minimal clay and a negligible content of CaCo 3 .
Age of vineyard: Over 50 eton.
