Amazing, limited production, Xinomavro from Naoussa and the subversive Apostolos Thymiopoulos, produced from old rooted vineyards and acrobatic in style between the traditional and the modern school. Dense aromas of dark fruits, spices and plant elements create a complex set with strength and delicious concentration.
Small red and black fruits, sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves, herbs and sun-dried tomatoes create a super-complex aromatic bouquet. Its taste is rich with noticeable but fine tannins, high acidity, dense fresh fruit and lasting finish. It is definitely a wine that can evolve for decades in the bottle.
