A very nice combination of Assyrtiko with Athiri, with the first one giving the structure and lemonade characteristics and the second with its pleasant floral and fruity aromas. A biological wine that comes from the vineyards of the Monastery of St. Panteleimon on Mount Athos and is worthy of our attention.
Its color is medium lemon green. In its aroma we find orange and lemon, white flowers, herbs and some mineral elements. In the mouth it is relatively rich with enough acidity to refresh and oily aftertaste.
