It grows to a height of 750 meters with NW orientation and argilopetrodi territories. Very low fertility and very low yields, late harvesting in late October. Vinification: b> Classic red vinification method with very large extractions of 30-40 days. Aged 15 months in new oak barrels. Tasting and aging: b> Deep red color. Sophisticated aromas of vanilla and coffee, spices and roasted aromas of forest fruits. In the mouth, rich flavor combined with rich tannic structure gives a sense of completeness. Wine that has potential for 8-10 year palaiosis. |
