| Producer's Description | The Avantis Sauvignon blanc is an excellent example of the variety of exotic side, showing directly the dynamics of fruit and regions of mainland Greece. The battonage the barrel catalyze lending volume, complexity and flavors finetsa.
Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc 100% Location: Mytikas Lilantiou Vinification: Skin contact kryoekchylisi to showcase the varietal aromas. Fermentation in new oak barrels and frequent stirring of the lees (battonage). Tasting Notes: Soft lemonoprasino color, explosive intense nose, citrus flavors (grapefruit - lime) and exotic fruits (mango - passion fruit), pear and peach, herbs (lemongrass), and traces fytikotitas freskokomenou grass. Rich fruity mouth with pronounced acidity in background smoker vanilla and complex karamelati epigefsi. Aging: 2 years. |
