| Producer's Description | Variety: 70% Cabernet sauvignon - 30% Cabernet franc Vineyard: The Royal Achaia 150 meters. Ground calcareous clay soil. The production is around 800 to 900 kg ha. Harvest: The second week of September, about 235 sakcharoperiektikotita g. / liter. Vinification: Classic red vinification. Stay for 12 to 18 months in oak barrels of 225 lt. Wines: is characterized by a deep red color with aromas of green pepper, raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, incense, tobacco and spices. On the palate is rich, ripe, wild now that is still fresh with good structure and excellent finish.
