Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Brief skin contact extraction, short maturation on the lees delicate. Floral, crisp acidity, great aromatic intensity on the nose and mouth. White flowers, soft and fresh, honeysuckle, violet, rose petal, crisp oxytita. Tasting notes: The color is pale, yellowish. Dominated aromas of white flowers and fresh-gently-and honeysuckle with hints of passion fruit and rose petals. The mouth is medium to full body, acidity gives coolness and nerve mouth while aromas followed by those of the nose. The finish is long with hints of orange peel and white pepper. |
