It has an impressive, lively, rose color, and freshness on the nose with aromas of fresh fruit. Complex in taste, with beautiful acidity, but also a soft, elegant sweetness at the end, Theodorakakos Estate Rosé is drunk on its own or ideally accompanies summer red sauces in beautiful light everyday dishes, as well as a cheese or fruit platter.
The Theodorakakos Estate is intertwined with the vineyard of Laconia. By cultivating organically only local varieties of the region while paying attention to the low per hectare yields, the production leads to excellent wines. The Rosé perfectly combines the local Mavroudi with the Agiorgitiko in an original and extremely interesting taste blend.
