Elegant white wine that makes best way to dynamic varieties of blends. It is a balanced and distinctive nose and mouth with a pleasant summer fragrance and good acidity, and finishes nicely with a long and delicate aftertaste.
The Whites skylights are a very high quality effort from the great Greek winemaker Baka Tsalka. Assyrtiko Drama offers lively acidity and pleasant hints of mineral and metallikotitas (both marble of the region ...), while the Sauvignon Blanc wears ... Neokosmitika and takes us someplace more exotic. A friendly and pleasant white wine worth trying to establish!
