| Producer's Description | Trying to redefine the quality and taste of retsina position carefully chose one fine Roditi from rainfed Corinth semi-mountainous vineyards with very low yields (900kg) and handled it with all the rules of modern winemaking while adding a controlled amount of resin from pine Pinus halepensis .
The result is a new Retsina-yellow color and green hues. Refreshing taste that balances between the miraculous grape and pine. Lemon and feel mastic coexist equally and without trends epikyriarchias. Perhaps it is the only wine that can accompany those harmoniously no protocol but so adorable, exuberant (and slightly anarchic) Greek meals ... where the Tsiros encounters without the bias bekri tidbit ... |
